Android O : Oreo ??

                            ANDROID OREO update

Android O is shaping up to be exactly what Android needs

Android O, version has plenty of changes in store, ranging from revamped looks to under-the-hood improvements, so there's tons of cool new stuff to explore.

Features*:
Notifications are getting another dose of refinement:

What if we get rid of some unwanted notifications, isn’t it cool?? Well, this feature is great if you get a ton of notifications from a specific app, as you can mute notifications for a specific amount of time without setting your phone to "Do Not Disturb" mode where you can miss other notifications you might want.

Battery-Saving Background Restrictions:

Believe it or not, Android O might finally fix issues with standby battery drain. Doze Mode helped quite a bit in this regard when it was introduced with Marshmallow, then improved upon with Nougat. But now, Google's tightening the reins on actions that apps can perform in the background. so it seems Google is really starting to crack down on rogue battery drainers.

Save time with auto Fill Framework:

If you have ever used apps like LastPass, DashLane, 1Password then you have seen auto filling in action.Setting up a new Android device will now be easier with Autofill with Google. If you have saved your password in Chrome for a website (say Twitter), when you open the Twitter app on your new Android device all you need to do is type in your username and the password will be auto filled.

Keyboard navigation:

Android on Chromebooks means we need a better way to use all the features of an app through the keyboard and mouse. Android O focuses on building a better model for arrow and tab key navigation. This is one of those things that are both better and easier for developers and end users.

Connectivity:

Android O brings some changes to the way our devices communicate with other devices.
High-quality Bluetooth audio through the Sony LDAC codec. Your favorite songs will sound even better through Bluetooth connections. The latest developer preview also has support for the AptX codec, so music through Bluetooth can sound better than ever. Devices with supported hardware can communicate with each other using Wi-Fi without a central access point.

WebView enhancements:

Android O enables the multiprocess mode for WebView components from Nougat as the default and adds an API so that developers can handle their own errors and crashes.

This makes applications that use web development languages better stability and security, and users will benefit if developers enable Google Safe Browsing for remote URLs.
